When we've approved your name reservation request, we'll send you email confirmation giving you 20 working days to incorporate your company before your name reservation expires. If you're incorporating a new company, you must use your name reservation within 20 working days. A company name is separate from a registered trade mark – reserving or registering company names doesn’t give you trade mark rights. If you're searching for a shareholding company, you can try searching by company number betista or NZBN. Managing potentially sensitive search results

Liked videos is where you can find a list of all the videos you’ve “liked” by clicking a video’s Like button. Watch Later shows you a playlist of the videos you’ve saved by clicking “Watch Later.” Learn how to manage your Watch Later playlist. History shows you a list of the videos you’ve previously watched on YouTube. Enter what you’re searching for and then filter the results by videos, channels, or playlists. If you’re reserving a name for an overseas company, it must be identical to the name used to register the company in its home country.

How YouTube search works

• If you've reserved a name, but another authorised person or organisation will complete the process of incorporating your company, you can transfer your name reservation to them.

A pop-up screen will appear confirming that you've successfully reserved the company name for a further 20 working days. Some name reservation requests require further checking, so we may not be able process them on the day they are submitted. For example, under the Companies Act, the name you choose cannot be 'identical or almost identical' to that of another company or a reserved name. There is a fee of $10 (plus GST) for reserving a company name. Sorry, we cannot search for companies at the moment.

How you can check your proposed company name

Videos you’ve purchased can be found under Your movies. Learn more about managing your search results. You'll still see the video title, channel name, and details, helping you decide if it's what you're looking for. This gives you a moment to review the results before deciding to view the video. Downloaded programmes can be played when you’re not connected to the internet or when you're overseas, so download before you go. We also curate shows from the BBC Archives and offer live events and online exclusives. Watching iPlayer
